At WIMVANDEWEGE, we take pride in the quality of our artwork and aim for your complete satisfaction. However, if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please read our return and refund policy below.
Returns

• You may return your item within 14 days of receiving it.

• To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original condition and packaging.

• Fill in the Return-form on before returning any item to receive return instructions. Without Return-form we accept no Refund.
   

Refunds

• Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

• The refund amount will be minus the original shipping costs from the Gallery, unless the return is due to our error.

• Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
   

Damaged or Incorrect Items

• If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.

• We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
   

Return Shipping

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless the item was incorrect or damaged.
